Floor 16-19) Keep going to the right as usual, until level 18, where you should take a left. Don't worry if you accidentally take a right, you'll just be teleported back to the two staircases.
Floor 20) Another boss room, this time it's Plant Dragon Nepenth. He looks big and scary, and has two tails sticking out of him. You only have to attack Nepenth's main body, you don't have to kill the tails. Beware, this boss likes to poison.
